Run the Principal Report with the end of the Quarter date to obtain the full year up to that date.

THEN run the Principal Report with the start of the Quarter date to obtain the attendance percentage up to the start date.

SUBTRACT the two reports to calculate the attendance percentage for the requested quarter.
