====== How to Convert a Report Card to a Home Language ======

  - Select the students that require a translated report card
  - Print the English form of a report card from PowerSchool using **//Print A Report//**
  - Take the .pdf version of the report card from the Report Queue and save it to a convenient location
  - Using the pdf translation tool, select the Home Language and create the translated report card
  - Ctrl-A to select all the text in the original report card
  - Ctrl-C to copy the text
  - Open a new MS Word document
  - Ctrl-V to paste the text into the new MS Word document
  - Select the REVIEW tab and choose the Translate button for the selected text or the full document
  - Also use the phrase translator found on https://www.spanishdict.com
  - Print out the converted report card
  - Send both versions of the report card home with the student
