Many copiers in the county have the capability to scan and e-mail documents. Find your copier model in the list below for instructions on how to use this feature.

Load the documents to scan into the automatic document feeder just as you would for a copy job.
Press the "Send" button.
Touch "Network Add. Book".
Touch "Name" and type in recipient's last name and then touch "OK".
Touch "Start Search".
Touch the name of the recipient in the list followed by "OK".
Touch "File Format" and change to PDF.
Press the "Start" button on the copier.

Load the documents to scan into the automatic document feeder just as you would for a copy job.
Touch "Send" at the top of the control panel screen.
Touch "Network Address Book".
Touch "Name" and type in the recipient's last name and then touch "OK".
Touch "Start Searching".
Touch the checkbox beside the correct recipient and then touch "OK".
Touch "File Format" and select PDF followed by "OK".
Press the "Start" button on the copier.

Load the documents to scan into the automatic document feeder just as you would for a copy job.
Touch "Scan and Send" on the home screen.
Touch "Address Book".
Touch "To LDAP Server".
Touch "OK".
Touch "Search By Name".
Type the recipient's last name and then touch "OK".
Touch recipient in the list that is returned and then touch "OK".
Press the "Start" button on the copier.

Touch "Email".
Touch "To".
Begin typing recipient's first name. Once it narrows down to the proper recipient, touch "OK".
Press the "Start" button on the copier.

Touch "Advanced Search".
Touch "Name".
Type the recipient's first or last name and then touch "OK".
Touch "Start Search".
Touch the name of the person you are sending to and then touch "OK".
Press the "Start" button.

Touch "Address Search".

Type the recipient's first name and then touch "Start Searching".

Press "Home" to get to the main menu.
Touch "Scanner".
Touch the "Search Dest" button.
Touch "Staff Email".
You can search by either name or e-mail address:
Name: Touch "Name" on the left and enter the person's first name (as it displays on an email).
E-mail: Touch "Email" on the left and enter the person's e-mail login (just the part before the @).
Touch "Start Search".
From the list that is returned, touch the correct person you are e-mailing.
Touch "OK"
Press Start to scan the documents and e-mail them to the address you selected.
