Requisition Approval

These steps show how an administrator (or designated approver) can electronically approve requisitions in Munis.

1. Login to Munis, click the Menu tab, and then choose Requisition Approvals:
   
2. A new window will open showing you all the requisitions waiting for your approval. Click Select to start marking requisitions:
   
3. For each requisition, click the drop-down under Code and select Approve:
   
4. Once you have finished, select Accept
5. After the screen refreshes, all of the requisitions should show Approve in the Code column. You can then select Process to save your approvals:
   
6. The screen will refresh again and show that you have no more waiting requisitions for approval:
