Attendance for In-District Transfer Students

When the attendance record is needed for a student that has transferred within the WCS district, the previous schools are able to locate the student record using the following steps.

• From the current school, navigate to the Transfer Info page to determine the Transfer dates

• From each of the enrolled schools, locate the student in PowerSchool
• Use *as_of=<one day before transfer date>;student_number=<number>

• From the Quick Lookup page, scroll to the bottom Attendance Totals
• Click on YTD absences total number

• Dates of Attendance with the codes are listed
