The newest version of Integrade should either be on a CD or someplace on your school’s server accessible by all the PCs. The folder should be titled Integrade Pro 9.4.

1. Double-click on the "Integrade Pro 9.4" folder.
2. Double-click the "IGPro" folder.
3. Double-click the "Install Integrade Pro.exe" file. (If it pops up a security warning, click "Run".)
4. An Installation screen should appear. Click "Next".
5. It will ask you where you want to install the program, leave it at the default and click "Next".
6. Leave it at the default "Install set" and click "Next".
7. On the next screen, make sure there is a check where it says “Set Gradebook to update automatically on open” and click "Next".
8. If it prompts you with a license information screen, click "OK".
9. If there is a version already on that computer it will show the licensee name, site number, and authorization key. If any of these fields are blank, fill them in appropriately. Click "Install". If your school does not have this information, contact the Technology Dept.
10. On the Install Complete screen click "Done".
11. Double-click the "Integrade Pro" icon on the deskop.
12. You will see a message about Integrade Pro server. We do NOT use Integrade Pro Server. Select "No". If you accidentally choose Yes at this stage, see the note below.
13. Click "Continue".
14. Choose “Open a gradebook on your computer” and click "OK".
15. You can then browse to that teacher’s gradebook if it has been created, or click "Cancel" and close Integrade Pro.

Note – If you choose Yes to the server question or your Integrade asks for a server when you open it, follow these instructions to open Integrade and change the settings. If Integrade asks for a server, click "cancel" or "local". Once Integrade is open, click on Edit and then Preferences. Uncheck the “Use Integrade Pro Server” options and click OK.
