From the Circulation Window, on the menu bar, select Tools, in the drop-down menu select Reports, choose the “Circulation” Tab and then the subtab, “Charges and Payments”. Choose the last report listed, “Charges and Overdue Fines – Charges Only”. Select “Edit” and “Selection”. The only change to be made is to select your school from the drop down menu. Click on Copy Site and choose your site. Do not save the report.
