Go to Tools and select Reports. Choose Favorites from the Saved Reports tab. Select Circulation Letter to Parents (you can sort the column “Report Type” and alphabetize the list). The report should be listed near the top depending on number of reports added. Choose Edit at the bottom of the screen.
