Running Reports at End Of Year

The following table lists various PowerSchool global reports and whether or not each report will be accurate for the concluded year if run after the EOY process has been completed.

Note: After running the EOY process, it may be difficult to extract some historical data using certain reports. PowerSchool recommends that administrators print and archive the following reports for the current school year before running the EOY process: User Defined Reports (i.e. Object Reports, Report Cards, and Form Letters) and State Reports (central office only).
