YTD Attendance

Two methods for tallying up the Absences, Tardies, and Early Dismissals for a set of students are explained below.

Select a set of students then use the Print Report option to run the YTD Attendance Status report. The report can be run so the results are ordered alphabetically, by grade, or by period. This is helpful for homeroom distribution.

The unexcused UTD and UDS are listed to avoid a situation where a student is chronically late, but never absent for the entire day.
