-In order for an exam exemption to be displayed on a report card, a comment must be added to the Exam grade within PowerTeacher Gradebook.
-From the Gradebook, a teacher must select the “Exempt from exams” option in the Comment tab for the EXAM assignment for the individual student.

-On the Report Card, “EX” will replace the space under the Exam grade for the appropriate term.
