-====== How to Reflect an Exam Exemption in PowerTeacher Gradebook on the Report Card ======
-In order for an exam exemption to be displayed on a report card, a comment must be added to the Exam grade within PowerTeacher.

-1) From the Scoresheet, select the grade for the assignment. Right-click then select Show Score Inspector. The comments section for the exam grade must include “Exempt” not the comment for the term grade. The term comment shows on the Report Card in the lower left section.
-
-INSERT ASSIGNMENT IMAGE
-
-
-2) From the scoresheet, select the EXAM assisgnment. Selecting the Exempt option from the right-click dropdown menu replaces the grade with the “Ex”, but the Report Card still won’t show the Exam exemption.
-
-INSERT EXEMPT MARKER IMAGE
-
-3) In order to have the Exam grade reported as Exempt, each teacher must select the “Exempt from exams” option in the Comment tab for the EXAM assignment for each student. “EX” will replace the space under the Exam grade for the appropriate term.
