-Note: Please make sure all other users are logged out of SASI to ensure a clean backup.
-  - Once you have logged in to SASIxp, double-click on "SASI Modules" in the upper right corner.
-  - Double-click "File Management".
-  - Double-click "Backup/Restore".
-  - For "Year", select the year that you want to backup from the dropdown menu (the current year will be 06).
-  - In the "Operation" box, click "Backup".
-  - On the lower left corner of the window put a check in "Show all file names"
-  - Also put a check in "Include control files".
-  - Click the "Select All" button.
-  - Then click on "Backup".
-  - A window will pop up that says "Save Backup As." Where it says “Save In” choose the Zip Drive (removable disk) as the folder you want to save your backup to.
-  - Then click "Save." While it's backing up the files you will see a progress bar in the lower left-hand corner of the screen indicating how far along it is.
-  - After it finishes, it will say "All selected files successfully backed up". Click "OK".
-  - Click "Close" on the backup window.
-  - Exit SASI by clicking "File" and then "Quit".
