+  - Click "New Site"
+  - Enter a name for your site in "Site Name"
+  - Local Site Folder should have a name that matches a folder in your Documents folder on Windows or your Sites folder on OS X. (e.g. C:\Users\cedwards\Documents\Sites\www.wcs.k12.va.us)
+  - Click "Servers" on the left.
+  - Click the + Sign to add a new server
+  - Make sure "Connect using" is set to FTP
+  - In "Server Name" and "FTP Address" enter ftp.wcs.k12.va.us
+  - In "FTP Address" enter ftp.wcs.k12.va.us
+  - In "Username" enter your publishing account name
+  - In "Password" Enter your password.
+  - Test the Connection
