The Scheduling Setup page should be completed for all newly enrolled students at the time of enrollment. It should also be adjusted in the event that the student has to repeat a grade or is transferring to a different school during the summer. Follow these steps to complete this task.

Navigate to Start Page > Student Selection > Scheduling Setup

• Next Year Grade: This should be the grade they will be next year.
  • Note: If they are pre-registered for KG before the EOY process has been run, Next Year Grade will be 0.
• Schedule this student: Select either Yes or No to indicate if the students in each column should be scheduled or not.
• Year of Graduation: This will be the actual year that the student is set to graduate.
  • For example a 2022-23 second grader should graduate in 2034.
• Next School Indicator: This should be the school they will be in next year.
• Click Submit

Use these searches to check for active students whose data may be inaccurate.
