These instructions tell you how to setup the Cisco Jabber client on your Android or Apple cell phone. The Jabber Client allows you to place and receive calls to your desk phone extension on your cell phone. You must be setup in our phone system before this will work.

1. Download Cisco Jabber from the app store.
2. You must be connected to the wcs-secure wireless network.
3. When you launch the app, it will ask for your e-mail address to determine how to locate the servers.
4. Whenever it asks for your login/password on the next screens, use your e-mail login (just the user part) and the default password is lastname+employeeID.
5. ou will get prompted several times to accept the server certificates, accept them all.
6. After logging in, if you click on the menu, you should see checkboxes beside Instant Messaging, Phone Services, and Voicemail. That means those services are all active.
7. The voicemail service may not connect right the first time. Click on it in the menu and re-enter your login and password.
