Grade Change from Enrollment Form

If you want to find students whose grade level has been updated go to the Change History Report and go through each individual change. It is located on the Start Page: Data and Reporting > Change History Records. Use the filter to find grade level changes. You must search on each grade level individually. You can click on the question mark in the upper right corner to learn more about how to use the filters, etc.

You can also search on any student that does not have a grade level within the grade level range for your school by using the following search on the Start Page… ignore any inactive record from a previous year.

Grade_Level not in -0,0,1,2,3,4,5 Grade_Level not in 6,7,8 Grade_Level not in 9,10,11,12
