How to Remove Empty Sections
To remove dropped student from section:
Select <specific school> under the School: drop-down menu
Search for the student
Click Quick Lookup
Click the Show dropped classes also link
Notice if any grades were recorded for the dropped class
Navigate to the Attendance page
Click Meeting
Click Show dropped classes also
Remove (or move) any attendance codes for the dropped class
To change the Exit Date in Mass, determine the Section ID number. Example: 48527
Navigate to DDA, and select the CC(4) Table.
Search on the -<SectionID>, which indicates the dropped student enrollment records
View the records in Table View. Be sure to confirm the information with the school counselors.
Modify the DateLeft field to equal the EnterDate.
