A parent that wants to homeschool a student within the WCPS district is required to apply for approval through the School Board Office (SBO).

E113 = Transfer From Home schooling (Original) This entry code is used when a homeschool student begins the first enrollment for the current school year after a previous year in homeschooling.

E099 = Entering ISAEP as Part of GED (Original) This entry code is used when a homeschool student begins the first enrollment for the current school year in GED after a previous year in homeschooling.

W313 = Transfer to Home Schooling This exit code is used when a student is approved by the SBO for homeschool instruction.

R415 = Re-Entry Same Sch From Outside VA Public This entry code is used when a homeschool student returns to the classroom at a the SAME WCS school after a previous enrollment at the beginning of the school year in homeschool.

R416 = Re-Entry Diff Sch From Outside VA Public This entry code is used when a homeschool student returns to the classroom at a DIFFERENT WCS school after a previous enrollment at the beginning of the school year in homeschool.

R417 = Re-Entry Same Sch After Voluntary W/D This entry code is used when a homeschool student drops their classes to be homeschooled, but not approved by the SBO and returns to the classroom. This entry code is also used for a full-time homeschool student that returns to the classroom for Special Services, such as Speech only.
