 +During the pre-registration season, start reviewing your data and get ahead of errors that can cause issues in the Fall.

 +  * First, remember that all students beginning their Fall semester of school with Washington Co. should have an Entry Date of 8/9/2023 and an Entry Code of E119.  Please run the following searches on a weekly basis and correct the Entry Date and/or Entry Code for any student records that you find are not equal to the above codes.

 +  * Second,  all pre-registered students must have 5/23/2024 as the exit date.  The below search finds students who were possibly enrolled in the wrong year.  Simply changing dates does not fix the record.  So if any student records are returned on this search please contact me or Lisa so we can update the affected data.  Errors generated by this may include FTE's and enrollment status.  Both can have a negative impact on last year's state reporting that the SIS Specialists are still working on.
