10 Day Enrollment Report

email sent on 8/6/2018 by Karen Gilbert

It is time once again for the annual 10 Day Enrollment Report. This report allows our Administrators to tract enrollment and no show totals throughout the first 10 days of the school year. Attached are the documents needed to complete this task. First you will need to save the document (10 DAY ENROLLMENT REPORT CHECKLIST_2018) to your desktop and follow the list. You will also need to save the spreadsheet that pertains to your school level, either elementary, middle, or high, to your desktop. These spreadsheets contain all information needed to complete the report on a daily basis including the “No Show” numbers. Please “Select School” before entering your data. All you need to do is tab over and fill in the blanks. The totals will calculate for you. Once totals are entered each day please name your spreadsheet (for example, “AES10Day”).

You will need to use the same spreadsheet daily, entering totals for that day, saving and emailing it to me by 11:00 a.m. each day. If you are not the enrollment clerk at your school you will need to communicate with that person ensuring that enrollment are accurate. I look forward to working with you throughout the year on attendance reporting.

Safety Zone

Exceptions might include a student in Safety Zone at the beginning of school. The attendance should be marked as EXT and when the 10th day has arrived, contact Special Services so the student is not missed. During the 10 day Enrollment Report, this Safety Zone student will be counted as a No Show. Typically, Safety Zone students are put in Homebound/Homebased programs with the attendance dates changed to include the Safety Zone timeframe.
