Many copiers in the county have the capability to scan and e-mail documents. Find your copier model in the list below for instructions on how to use this feature.

• Load the documents to scan into the automatic document feeder just as you would for a copy job.
• Touch "Send" at the top of the control panel screen.
• Touch "Network Address Book".
• Touch "Name" and type in the recipient's first name and then touch "OK".
• Touch "Start Searching".
• Touch the checkbox beside the correct recipient and then touch "OK".
• Touch "File Format" and select PDF followed by "OK".
• Press the "Start" button on the copier.
